Much has already been said about this great Drawing Table Lamp. I just wanted to add that it is the ONLY one around that actually extends FORWARD fromthe base and DOWN.
All the others we have tried do not allow for this particular range of motion, which is odd but apparently the way most of these swing arm desk lamps are being designed these days.
In addition to the great range of motion, the lamp is very well build and stable. High quality metal components finished with a well applied powder coat gray finish.
Once the adjustment screws are tightened down, the lamp holds its position pretty much any way you want including straight out from the base with the arm fully extended horizontally! That was the option we were looking for, and the length of the arm in this position impressed the heck out of us!

I absolutely love this lamp! I uploaded it to Facebook, as well as YouTube!I never really liked lamps, because the brightness bothers my eyes. I find this lamp to be soft, but bright to where I need it to be.
Another HUGE plus, and if I had known this, would have been sold on the product in a second, is the center of it has an opening, which was really great, because I was able to put my iPhone through the center, and take a photo of a document WithOUT Glare!
I don’t know how many times I have taken 10 photos of a document, and still had glare somewhere on the paper! With this lamp, it was one Perfect shot! The positioning of the light was perfect!!!
